I'm afraid you aren't able to collect the garments from us. All orders are delivered by couriers and tracking will be provided. Someone will need to sign for the shipment on delivery.

We will send you tracking via email and text message so you know exactly when your parcel will arrive.
The courier will attempt delivery 3 times before the order is returned to us. So, if you’re not going to be in don’t worry the courier will come back the next day. Alternatively, when you receive the tracking from the courier there will be several delivery options such as ‘deliver to a neighbour’ or ‘leave in a safe place’.

Yes, please get in touch within 14 days of your order being received so that we can issue your returns authorisation. Your returns authorisation needs to be included with the returned items. All items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of delivery. Please note we do not cover the cost of returning the items to us. Our full returns policy can be found here.

The following items cannot be returned: Face masks & coverings, underwear, clearance items, any items that have been customised in any way, print & embroidery supplies, items that are sealed for hygiene reasons.

Yes. All of the products we sell are manufactured by wholesale brands and are designed to be sold on. Feel free to customise or re-label the garments and sell them on as part of your brand.
